All classes at The Yoga Room are open level so you can join in any time and they are accessible to all abilities, including those with injuries or bodily restrictions. Offering a new experience each week the style is a gentle combination of hatha yoga, therapeutic yoga, soma yoga and yin, whilst incorporating mindfulness and relaxing meditation. With an emphasis on breathing and awareness, each class aims to help you feel good by releasing tension from both body and mind whilst improving flexibility, strength and balance, helping you to get in touch with your body. Hopefully you leave each class feeling better than when you began!
